Voluntary Work

Since the summer of 2016, Hyde Media has volunteered its services for a local charity called The Goods Shed in Tetbury, a brand new arts centre that was redeveloped from a Victorian railway building in the summer of 2016.

For two years running now, we have produced an annual Marketing and PR Plan for the year ahead, on behalf of the Trustees, and helped to implement many of our suggestions and ideas – including advertising campaigns, social media strategies and local marketing opportunities.

Helen Hyde is responsible for the Facebook and Twitter pages for The Goods Shed – having increased followers and engagement on both four-fold over those two years.

And this year we produced our first video for The Goods Shed – when celebrity and royal photographer, Mark Fairhurst held an exhibition in the main auditorium. It was an opportunity not to be missed…

“Helen Hyde was instrumental in providing assistance and impetus to the launch of the Tetbury Goods Shed Arts Centre in 2017. Helen is an instinctive communicator and her media relations ability and experience were invaluable to the campaign to fund Shed-Arts and launch our new Arts Centre in Tetbury, commencing with the official opening of the Goods Shed by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales. Helen’s fluent grasp of campaign strategy and tactics was highly effective and we continue to feel benefit of her expertise.”
